Red caviar is a favorite Russian product, rightfully called the red gold of Russia. We produce caviar from fresh fish, right at the capture sites in Kamchatka and Sakhalin. Caviar is the most nutritionally valuable part of fish. It contains the most valuable substances and unique vitamins. Our caviar is not subjected to freezing, pasteurization and sanitization, so all its health benefits and taste qualities are preserved.
